Beaver Town – award-winning, beautifully printed, 158-page, coffee table quality book, including a substantial hardcover and colorful dust jacket that will endure as an heirloom for generations. The design and rendering of the book jacket is the work of Pittsburgh artist Dan Bridy, who also painted the timeline mural within the heritage museum. The front cover pictures the replica of the clock tower from the 1877 Beaver County Court House, while the back cover depicts the ambience of the rejuvenated streetscape in the business section of Beaver’s Third Street. Both scenes are reminiscent of the Victorian flavor of this historic community. Authors include Robert A. Smith, Robert R. Firestone, Mark A. Miner, Norman S. Faulk Esq., Dolores McIntosh and Robert England.
