Nov 18 Speaker Series Presentation: The Story of the Belvedere

Tues., Nov. 18, 2025 at 7 P.M.
Beaver Station, 250 East End Avenue

An Iconic Element Reborn Through Community Vision and Craftsmanship

The word Belvedere means “beautiful vision.” What took place between 2012—when the Cunningham House at 199 Beaver St. was demolished—and 2016, when the Belvedere was dedicated at Beaver Station, brought together a group of like-minded community visionaries who donated their time and talents to creatively repurpose an iconic element of Beaver architecture.

Join us on Tuesday, Nov. 18, for the final Speaker Series presentation of 2025, as Beaver area resident and Heritage Foundation project coordinator Chuck Copeland shares a behind-the-scenes look at the development of the project—from its humble beginnings to its triumphant debut—a true shrine to dedicated teamwork.

This event is free and open to the public. All are welcome!
