2024 VENDOR REGULATIONS

EVENT ADDRESS: Beaver Downtown Parks (gps reference 777 Corporation Street Beaver, PA 15009).

SET-UP & TEAR-DOWN: We welcome VENDOR set up anytime from 10 am-8pm on Friday JUNE 7TH and from 6am until 8am on JUNE 8TH. All vendors are required to be completely set-up and ready for event attendees NO LATER than 8am on JUNE 8TH.  VENDORS NOT IN PLACE BY 8AM on June 8TH will be denied access to their vendor spot and will not receive reimbursement.  

Please do not start tearing down your vendor space before 5pm on JUNE 8TH. This is a safety protocol. There are inevitability early/late shoppers; we want to limit vendor traffic in the parks for the safety of all the vendors and attendees. ALL VENDORS ARE TO BE COMPLETELY MOVED OUT OF THE PARKS by 8pm on JUNE 8TH.

IMPORTANT: If you need to unload a vehicle in the park, please take care when driving in the park to help preserve our grass and sidewalks. By order of the Beaver Police Department, no vehicles will be allowed to remain in the park during the show or overnight.

PLEASE NOTE:  If you are having any issues with your vendor spot, please bring all concerns to the volunteer committee at the Gazebo check-in.  WE ARE HERE AND HAPPY TO HELP ACCOMMODATE ANY NEEDS!

NOTE: THE BAHF & BEAVER BOROUGH ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR VENDOR’S PERSONAL BELONGINGS, MONEY, TENTS, TABLES, CHAIRS, SIGNAGE, CRAFTS OR FOR-SALE GOODS.

VENDOR CHECK IN: DO NOT SET UP BEFORE CHECKING IN AT THE GAZEBO! Please come to the VENDOR CHECK-IN TABLE at the Gazebo in Irvine Park when you arrive to sign-in and pick-up vendor information.  You will be provided with a vendor spot number that is required to be displayed on the vendor table/tent at all times during the show.   Volunteers can be found at the GAZEBO throughout the day during SET-UP, SALE and TEAR-DOWN times. If you are in need of assistance from show staff or volunteers, please call: ‪724- 417-9209 between the hours of 10am-4pm, Monday thru Friday.

IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING AN EMERGENCY PLEASE CALL 911.

FOOD VENDORS: We are grateful for your participation and we hope you have a successful event that meets all health and food safety needs! If you would like to make a donation to the BAHF, you may do so at the end of the event! If you would like to donate, please give CASH or CHECK (made payable to Beaver Area Heritage Foundation) to Carrie Ondrusek at VENDOR CHECK-IN TABLE at the GAZEBO in Irvine Park at the close of the event!

TRASH PICK UP & REMOVAL: Each vendor will be supplied a TRASH BAG at VENDOR CHECK-IN. Each vendor is responsible for trash pick up and removal in their designated space. Please take filled trash bags to provided dumpster located at the corner of INSURANCE ST. and CORPORATION ST. in IRVINE PARK. Please do not put VENDOR trash in park trashcans which are located throughout Quay, Irvine and McIntosh Parks as these are used to collect trash from attendees.  Please DO NOT leave trash around our parks!

COVID PROTOCOLS: Please know we are doing everything we can to assure this year’s event is safe. We are staying up-to-date with CDC GUIDELINES.  If you have further questions about COVID PROTOCOLS for this event, please email garrisonday@beaverheritage.org
