All Aboard!

Interactive Model Train Exhibit Depicting Beaver’s Historic Main Street and Businesses

Find Conductor Frederick each week to win prizes

Note — this exhibit closed on Dec. 11, 2016.

The Heritage Museum’s yearlong “All Aboard!” interactive train exhibit offers children of all ages the opportunity to view an historic reproduction of Beaver’s bustling Business District on loan to us by Beaver’s own, Grace Booher.

The town layout depicts a glimpse of the past with a variety of buildings highlighted by a working street car and is surrounded by a complex train layout with multiple tracks, engines and a variety of cars and cabooses!

The display also includes vintage model trains as well as tips and guides to public safety as it relates to trains, tracks and their operation.

The street scene will change from time to time, from streetcars to parades and much more.

Be sure to stop by and enjoy the display with owner-operator Bob Fredrick. All Aboard for a great experience!

Find Conductor Frederick and Win Prizes—The “All Aboard!” display includes kids’ scavenger hunt for prizes. Each weekend, Conductor Frederick will move around the model railroad display. Entrants 12 or younger may obtain a “ticket” to play.

Those who find him each time and complete all tasks will have their ticket punched and be entered to win a monthly prize. The grand prize at year-end will be a Thunderbolt Express Starter train.
